Disease dependent on sleeping pattern
Researchers from Harvard Medical School have given this conclusion based on the analysis of two studies. In the first study, the team analyzed samples collected by the National Health and Aging Trends Study. In this, between 2013 and 2014, the study was done by collecting information related to the sleeping patterns of the people. In this study, 2800 Medicare beneficiaries were surveyed on the basis of personal interaction. The study asked what the sleeping pattern was like before dementia. It also looked at how many days after dementia occurred, death occurred.

Sleeping less than six consecutive hours is a danger sign
The study found that people who slept less than five hours a night had more than twice the risk of dementia than those who slept more than six hours. Not only this, the risk of premature death in such people was twice that of those who slept six to eight hours a night. In this study, things like age, place, caste, education, health, marital status, body weight etc. were made standard. The second study was done in European countries. In this, 800 people with dementia were studied closely for five years. The study found that people who consistently slept less than 6 hours a night had more than 30 percent of dementia complaints.
