Dharmendra has shared a video on Instagram, in which he is seen standing next to his car. He is saying in the video, ‘Hello guys, my first car. I bought it for only 18 thousand rupees. In those days 18 thousand rupees was a huge amount. I have kept it very well. looking good? Pray that it stays with me always.
The actor wrote in the caption of the video, ‘Friends, Fiat, my first car, very close to my heart. God’s blessings in the life of a struggler.’ In an interview to Hindustan Times, Dharmendra called himself an ’emotional flower’. He had said, ‘I have become very emotional about my first car, Fiat, for fear that if I have nothing someday, I may turn it into a taxi.’
Dharmendra is known for films like ‘Phool Aur Patthar’, ‘Mera Gaon Mera Desh’, ‘Sita Aur Geeta’ and ‘Sholay’. Her last major release was the 2018 film Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se, in which she starred alongside her sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
Dharmendra will next be seen in Anil Sharma’s film Apne 2, which will see three generations of the Deol family. Apart from this, he is also a part of ‘Rocky and Rani’s love story’.
