PM Modi said that it was the country’s misfortune that the nation’s next generations were not even introduced to the austerity of the national heroes. 21st century India is correcting those mistakes of 20th century. Let us inform that the Raja Mahendra Pratap University will be built in an area of more than 92 acres of Lodha and Moosepur Karim Jarauli villages of Kol tehsil of Aligarh. 395 colleges of Aligarh division will be affiliated to it.
Who was Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh
Comparing the “foundation bricks” of the country’s two major universities, the Aligarh Muslim University and the Banaras Hindu University, both established by regional kings, donated land. Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, the founder of Aligarh Muslim University, forgot Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh, who donated the land, while Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya always kept the contribution of Kashi Naresh on his forehead.
