Flood havoc in China: More than 300 dead, 50 still missing, more than 30 thousand houses destroyed

Those found violating their duties during the Zhengzhou floods will be held responsible in accordance with the law and regulations, the statement said. Weather forecasters said it was the heaviest rain in 1,000 years.
