The officials of Abruzzo Region have launched this scheme so that people come here to settle in the old houses lying vacant. After buying the house, the owners will have to get them repaired within 3 years to make them livable. All the information related to buying a house is available on the state website. The houses will be auctioned for sale, starting at €1. If someone is buying a house from outside Italy, then he will have to pay a fee of Rs 2 lakh 62 thousand. These houses are built between the hills and the ski resort is very close from here. This location is also a few kilometers away from Rome. Earlier, the authorities of other cities of Italy have run a scheme to sell the house for one euro.
