New Delhi. Reliance Jio and Google are working together to make JioPhone Next widely available during the festive season of Diwali. Reliance Industries gave this information in the financial results of September 21 quarter on Friday.
According to Reliance Industries, it has focused on solar energy. The company is committed to install 100 GW of solar power in India by 2030. For this, recently Reliance New Energy Solar (RNESL) has partnered with NexWafe of Germany. NexWafe is developing and manufacturing monocrystalline silicon wafers. Similarly, Reliance New Energy Solar also decided to acquire 40 percent stake in Sterling & Wilson Solar.

Solid progress in new energy and new materials business: Ambani
The company’s chairman Mukesh Ambani said that it is happy to inform that Reliance has made a strong performance in the second quarter of FY 2022. Our operational and financial performance reflects the rapid recovery in the retail segment and continued growth in the oil-to-chemicals (O2C) and digital services business, he added.
Target of “Net Carbon Zero” by 2035

40 lakh campuses connected with Jio Fiber
Jio Fiber is continuously intensifying efforts to reach customers every month. More than 40 lakh campuses have been connected with JioFiber so far. Reliance Jio’s optical-fibre network is now present outside around 1 crore 60 lakh campuses.
