MumbaiBollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan’s father Randhir Kapoor recently reached the show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. In the show, Randhir Kapoor shared an incident related to the marriage of Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. He said that he wanted his daughter Kareena Kapoor’s Saif Ali Khan to have a grand wedding together, but did not want Kareena to do so. Kareena told her father that she only wanted 100 guests for her wedding.
Talking to Kapil Sharma, Randhir Kapoor said that when Kareena told him about the marriage, he got excited and said that let’s have a celebration. However, Kareena told him that she wanted a simple marriage. He said, “I told him, ‘Kapoor himself is 350. Kapoor would be one of the stones he picked up in Mumbai and wanted to become an actor. How can I do a party of 100 people?’ On that, Kareena said, ‘If you want to call more, then you should do it on your marriage.’
Let us tell you, Randhir Kapoor is legally still the husband of Babita Kapoor, but they have been living separately for many years. They have two daughters Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor. When Saif appeared on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ last month, he said that he and Kareena had planned to invite only close family members to their wedding, but there are at least 200 of the Kapoor family.
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor married on 16 October 2012 and will celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary later this month. They have two sons, four-year-old Taimur Ali Khan and seven-month-old Jahangir Ali Khan. These days Kareena is enjoying her motherhood.
