Father’s sweat is a source of inspiration for Nimisha
Nimisha did her BSc in Maths from Indraprastha College, Delhi in 2017. After this, he started preparing for the Civil Services Examination by staying in Delhi. Nimisha said that her father Awadhesh Tripathi and housewife mother Shalvini Tripathi are her sources of inspiration. She said, my parents raised both my sisters in their limited resources in such a way that today I have reached this point. Nimisha said, I have seen my father sweating his father as a temporary forest guard over the years. His hard work is the source of inspiration for me. He never let my mother and both of us sisters feel lack of anything despite limited resources. Whatever was required for studies, all were completed.

Nimisha said, “Since childhood, my father often used to discuss with me how much change a collector can bring in his district. Since then this thing settled in my mind and I decided that I want to become an IAS. Nimisha cleared the preliminary exam in her first attempt in 2019 but could not clear the mains. After this, Nimisha focused her studies on special things by planning her studies in a special way. Then in the Civil Services Examination of 2020, he succumbed to success only. Nimisha says, I have got IRS (Indian Revenue Service) due to being reserved in Economic and Weaker Section but I will give re-exam and try to get better rank.
