Mumbai: Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has shared a sweet childhood memory with an unseen throwback picture from his school days. The actor told how he had reached the stage uninvited during an award ceremony during his school days. Neil is looking very cute in the picture.
In the picture shared, Neil Nitin Mukesh Throwback Pictures dressed up as a postman during an award ceremony. In the photo, Neil’s teacher is seen giving him chocolates. Sharing the story behind the picture, Neil wrote, ‘Looking back at the moment, when I ran across the stage seeing my elder sister @nehas291 getting a certificate for the highest grade in school. At that time I also wanted fame for 30 seconds. The teacher gave me a chocolate to encourage me. Ps: I dressed like a postman because I participated in a school play. An Instagram user who knew Neil Nitin Mukesh commented, “How can we forget this .. and after this Neha and I had chutney sandwich which you ate later.” To recall, Neil’s last big budget film was ‘Saaho’, in which Prabhas acted. He made his digital debut on Netflix with ‘Bypass Road’. He is ready to work on OTT platform, but only if he gets a chance to play the main lead.
In an interview to Spotboye, Neil had said, ‘I don’t want to compromise on quality. I just don’t want to work for it. I am ready to do web shows, but they have to live up to the standards, not compromise on things with me. If the content is direct-to-OTT, then it has to be improved.”
