Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Jacqueline Fernandez twice for questioning in the money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrashekhar. On Saturday 23 October, Chandrashekhar’s lawyer told the media that Jacqueline was dating Sukesh, an accused in a money laundering case of 200 crores. Now Jacqueline’s spokesperson has issued a statement on behalf of the actress saying that she was not associated with Sukesh or his wife Leena Maria Paul.
Sukesh’s lawyer has claimed in front of the court that Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline have directly benefited in this case and she is calling herself a victim.
At the same time, Jacqueline’s spokesperson has said in the statement, ‘ED is calling Jacqueline Fernandes to testify as a witness. She has recorded her statements and will fully cooperate with the agency in future investigations as well. Jacqueline has denied the alleged reprehensible statements made about her relationship with the couple.

In August, the actress had appeared before the ED to record her statement in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case.
