Aiming to move one step closer to lifting their fourth Indian Premier League (IPL) title, the Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) in the first qualifier of the season. With a win against Delhi Capitals, CSK will advance to the final, which is to be played on October 15. However, a defeat will not end their chances but will certainly delay their plans. Hence, Yellow Army will aim to come up with their ‘A Game’ and go to the finals soon.
Chennai Super Kings, the first team to qualify for the second round of the season, are entering the playoffs with three consecutive losses. However, these consecutive defeats for Chennai can prove to be dangerous, but a senior team like CSK knows how to proceed in the crucial stages. They might not be too worried about what happened in the league stage. Going into the match, all eyes will be on whether Suresh Raina plays or not? All Rounders: Ravindra Jadeja has been a star all-rounder for Chennai Super Kings and will continue to work for the team. Dwayne Bravo has been one of the wickets of the Yellow Army and will now look to add a few wickets to his tally in crucial matches.
